M.A.N.D.Y.
A decade of electronic music. A decade of turntable adoration. From the records to the dancefloors…
From the clubs to the club-hungry ears.

M.A.N.D.Y. are Patrick Bodmer and Philipp Jung. Together with producer Booka Shade numerous
club projects were born since 1992. Such as:

DEGENERATION - "Una musica senza ritmo" (R+S, Belgium), 1992
SYNESTHASIA (Harthouse, Frankfurt), 1993 until 1995
BOOKA SHADE (Touché, Holland), 1995 unitl 1996
OAKLAND STROKE (Tommy Boy, USA), 1999

2001 was the birth of M.A.N.D.Y. - soon after, Patrick and Philipp along with Thomas Koch (aka DJ T.;
founder and publisher of GROOVE Magazine, Germany) launched the GET PHYSICAL MUSIC label,
as DJs, producers and friends. After only nine stunning releases - some from M.A.N.D.Y. themselve,
others coproduced with “Chelonis R. Jones” and “The Sunsetpeople”.
it resulted in a flux of exceptional feedback from around the globe. This would include compilations,
remixes, press and live performances.

M.A.N.D.Y. - the duo continues to excel as a headlining DJ. The bookings in countless clubs and venues
(in and outside of Germany) proves nearly all. The residency is now taking place in Frankfurt's Club
MONZA, with dj guests such as Ricardo Villalobos, Steve Bug, Tobi Neumann and others.

The readers of Groove Magazine landed M.A.N.D.Y. on #12 of the national & international
newcomer list 2003.

UK's DJ Mag called M.A.N.D.Y. -“Germany´s unsung heroes”.

Pete Tong (UK) featured M.A.N.D.Y.'s latest A-side "Tonite" two times as “The Essential Tune” on his
“Essential Mix show” on Radio 1, BBC.
