Alcachofa - Remixes gereleased By Heinos, 27 May 2004

Alle freaks hebben er de afgelopen tijd wel wat voorbij horen komen, de remixes van de klapper Easy Lee. Deze week is eindelijk de dubbel vinyl, met daarop 5 remixes van Easy Lee en nog eentje van Dexter, uitgekomen.

Here they are: the remixes of VILLALOBOS' "ALCACHOFA" album!
And off we go with ANDREW WEATHERALL's and KEITH TENNISWOOD's TWO LONE SWORDSMEN remix of "DEXTER". Next one in line and a definitely smash is Berlin's own SMITH N HACK remix of the album hit "EASY LEE". They took the catchy vocoder voice and twisted it around ontop of an Italo Disco meets New Order type beat. Side C is completely in the hands of Messieurs MELCHIOR and FORD aka MELCHIOR PRODUCTIONS and BABY FORD. Also in Señor Villalobos' record case is JAY HAZE's clattering remix of "EASY LEE". It's a typical Ricardo tool that shows its impact inbetween one of his meandering DJ sets
