Inspired by the musical successes Dutch DJ's and producers have and the respect they get, Luke Star is ready to be the next hero in national and international dance-scene. Co-producing with the experienced and established duo LeRon & Yves Eaux brought him to the level he now is. For example, the latest co-produced record out is LeRon & Yves Eaux - 'Silence' on the UK based imprint Method Records. This genre blending belter will appeal to many.
With it's raw energy and live feel it's a peak time madness guarantee. Tasty and yet party. With co-productions scheduled by labels like Baroque, Wallop, Method, Minimal Recordings and Dutch labels Summum and The Sessions there's much more to come…

Luke Star

Dutch DJ/Producer Luke Star joined the Vulcanic team lead by Yves Eaux in 2000, being only 16 years old. Already impressing his mentors with his producing skills, the collaboration with creative man Yves (who is a respected TV/Commercial Director too), LeRon (stage man playing lots of instruments) and Pat Reese (very experienced producer) thought him the things he needed. Taking examples and inspiration from Sander Kleinenberg (NL), Quiver (UK), Steve Angello (SW) and to be honest everything with a nice bassline, funky groove or wicked synth, he soon found the sound what he was looking for. By blending progressive, funky house, tech-house and tribal, Luke Star gives his productions that special edge that makes them stand out.

First release out with Luke Star involved was LeRon & Yves Eaux' 'Echoes', released on Summum in October 2004. It contained his techy, high energy remix which was well received worldwide. They continued this line through the 'Silence' release creating an own sound and style which appeals to many.

With the producing going smoothly, the next step is to do more DJ gigs. With mates like Yves and Leron backing him up, he is getting there. His typical sound can be heard in his DJ sets, thinking beyond the borders of one style. Funky house, Club-like things, deeper Techno/Tribal orientated, Progressive; all will be heard during his energetic sets. This will rock the crowd!

LeRon, Yves Eaux & Pat Reese

Working with a team with decades of (dance)music experience pays off. Besides doing this project, Yves is a director of TV-commercials, working with celebs like Phil Collins and Ronan Keating. LeRon produces albums in other genres and together with Pat Reese he produced the soundtrack for the movie 'Cool' by the late Theo van Gogh, which got into the top 10 of Dutch charts.
