The time has come to clean out my basement, and if you want thousands and thousands and thousands of 45s you may be just the person to do it!
I'm 60 years old next month and I've been collecting (hoarding) records since I was a kid. For years I sold records in Goldmine and Discoveries magazines as Steal-A-Record, all the while buying more and more records. When eBay started I began selling records on eBay. But somewhere along the way I switched over to selling comic books (as Steal-A-Comic) and for a few years now I've been wondering what to do with the thousands and thousands and thousands of 45s I'd accumulated.

Well the time has come to get rid of them all and I do mean ALL! And that's the catch. THEY CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE SHIPPED! The winner must pick them up. AND THE WINNER CANNOT PICK AND CHOOSE…EVERYTHING MUST GO!
Here's what we're talking about:

Here's one bank of file drawers. The drawers are filled with 45s. Oh, and those boxes on top of the drawers…filled with more 45s.

Here's the inside of a typical drawer:

Here's a second bank of file drawers:
And then there are the walls of boxes. Here's the "pop" wall (includes pop, rock, soul)

Here's the country wall:
All these boxes are filled with country 45s

Plus there are miscellaneous boxes of 45s all over the place. Almost all the records are in great condition and nothing is really beat:

But calm down, calm down. There are few, if any, ultra valuable records in all these drawers, walls and boxes (though some of it is unsearched). You can go into business, yes, but these won't make you rich. However there are a couple of small boxes of 45s that I personally loved and some of these are worth some money. This box alone is probably worth the $1000 starting bid–the rest is gravy!

And here's some more of the "good stuff." I was once offered $200 for the Valadiers record alone. And who among us knew that Martian Hop came with a picture sleeve?

So here's the deal. ALL these 45s must be picked up at my house. You can take them along with the file drawers or you can leave the drawers and just take the records. Frankly, I don't know how you're going to do it but it must be done. If you have a normal sized van you will need to make several trips.

Your move!
