Ashley Casselle entered the consciousness of UK dancefloors in 1992, when he recorded his first e.p. 'Show Me' by Daydreemer, which combined Techno with Deep House & Dubby grooves to create a fusion which became a blueprint for his future sound. The lush deep house of Intergrooves 'Bodyflow' followed, released by the Italian label D Vision (A tribute to Ron Trent's Altered States). His third single 'Jo's Theme' quickly became absorbed into the emerging progressive house scene (cropping up on Billy Nasty's definitive 'Journeys By Djs' compilation) & this led to remix work for labels such as Guerilla & Brute.
24 year old More remix work followed for acts as diverse as Peter Lazonby and D:Ream. Fellow Hastings homeboy John Digweed offered Ashley his very first gig at local residency, BEDROCK on Hastings Pier in '93. This resulted in Ashley having his own room to experiment and entertain. This subsequently resulted in him joining SASHA & DIGWEED on their highly acclaimed Northern Exposure tour.
