Phil Kieran lives in Belfast where he has held a residency at Shine for the past three years, one of Belfast's best house and techno nights, he also plays regular slots in Dublin & Derry. As well as recording for Kingsize he has had tracks on Skint, Bugged Out, Trama Industries, Turtle Trax and Tide. DJ support has come from the likes of Richie Hawtin, Judge Jules, Funk D' Void, Seb Fontaine, Justin Robertson, Silicone Soul, Andrew Weatherall, Dave Clarke, Slam , Peace Division etc etc etc. Phil recorded 3 parts to his Vital series for Kingsize which are all still available. We followed this in November 2001 with the massive 'Chunka Funk' release which has just been licensed by Judge Jules. And June 2002 saw the release of Juicy which again gained massive support. Phil is fast becoming a household name DJ and his releases on Skint are bound to see him heading for the stratosphere. Keep you eyes to the skys!
